As a B4UDate investigator, you agree to:
- For each client you get through B4UDate, give a share of what you charge them to organizations that help victims of domestic violence and human trafficking. B4UDate sets the share, currently 10%, and you pay it by card from your dashboard.
- Hold any license your work requires where you operate, and keep your company name, website and description accurate.
- Only view a client's reports with their permission, using the access code they give you, and only for that client's case.
- Keep the reports confidential. Never share, sell or reuse what they contain outside your client's case, and follow the privacy and investigator laws that apply to your work.
- Treat B4UDate reports as leads to check, not proof. The information can be incomplete or out of date, so never tell a client a report shows someone is safe or dangerous without your own investigation.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself, and never let anyone else use your account.
- Describe B4UDate honestly in your marketing, and never suggest that B4UDate endorses your services.
B4UDate may remove your listing or close your account if you break these terms.
